Wettlaufer stated the propane was scheduled to be connected to the generator on January 23, but Osterman was not able to get there on the scheduled date.  Besides having the propane connected there is about one hour left of work to install the generator, which needs to be completed after the propane is connected.

Wettlaufer explained the Police Chief is still out so the contract will not be signed.  Signing the contract will be rescheduled for the next Select Board meeting, provided his health has improved.

Arnold stated that over the past few weekends she had received calls from concerned residents about on street parking during the fishing derbies.  Vehicles were parked on streets that left very little room for traffic.

Wettlaufer stated he wrote in the comments section of the application for the one fishing derby application we had received that there is no on street parking.  The organization had made arrangements with PJs for the overflow parking.

Arnold stated there has also been concern for debris including burned logs and wood being left out on the ice by ice fisherman.  The trailer that is out on the south side of the lake, that is also there every year is also concerning.  It is parked out on the ice further out than normal.

Wettlaufer stated the trailer is out there every year and always causes concern and problems.  He will contact the owners to discuss the concerns.
